Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once we receive your completed booking information and the required deposit or full payment, depending on the tour package.
Payment
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance should be paid before the tour begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments can be made using the payment methods provided by Mikumi Safari Tours during the booking process.
- Any bank transfer or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in the specified currency and include only the services listed in the tour itinerary. Prices may change without notice before a booking is confirmed.
Changes to Bookings
Requests to modify your booking are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, ensuring they possess valid travel documents where required, and arriving at the designated meeting point on time.
Tour Operator Rights
Mikumi Safari Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodation, or transportation when necessary due to weather, road conditions, park regulations, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
